Rental Policy

  • Booking & Cancellation Policy: Full refund for cancellations made 7 days prior to rental. 50% refund for cancellations within 72 hours. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours.
  • Security Deposit Information: A security deposit of $3000 USD (example) is required and will be refunded upon safe return of the vehicle.
  • Payment Procedures: Payment accepted via credit card, bank transfer, and cash (subject to conditions).
  • Damage & Liability Policy: Renter is responsible for any damage beyond normal wear and tear. Insurance covers major damages, deductible applies.
  • Extension & Overtime Policy: Extensions subject to availability. Overtime charges apply after the agreed rental period.
  • Alcohol Policy: Responsible consumption of alcohol permitted within the vehicle (subject to legal restrictions).

Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery Locations: Delivery available to all major cities and event venues across Turkey.
  • Pickup Locations: Pickup available at designated locations or upon request.
  • Delivery/Pickup Fees: Delivery fees vary based on distance.
  • Required Documentation: Valid identification and credit card required.
  • Vehicle Inspection Process: Vehicle inspection conducted at pickup and return. Any existing damage will be noted.
  • Chauffeur Arrival: Chauffeur will arrive 15 minutes prior to the scheduled pickup time.
